Job description

Industrialization Project Manager
Location: Rayong, Chonburi Thailand

Make an Impact on the Future of Manufacturing
Would you like the opportunity to work closely with high-performing engineering teams, manufacturing partners, and solution experts in Vietnam and across the world?

Do you thrive in an environment that values autonomy, ownership, technical excellence, creativity, and collaboration?

Jabra is looking for an exceptional Industrialization Project Manager to join our Global Industrialization Team. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming new products from development into stable, high-quality mass production, while driving manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement across our Tier 1 suppliers.

You will act as a key interface between R&D, Quality, Operations, and Tier 1 manufacturing partners, ensuring that products, processes, capacity, quality, and productivity are fully prepared for successful mass production.

Key Responsibilities:

Mass Production Ownership

  • Take a hands-on role in supporting and improving mass-production performance at Tier 1 suppliers.
Act as the key engineering interface between GN and the Tier 1 factory for manufacturing-related issues.
  • Drive rapid and sustainable resolution of production, process, quality, and equipment issues.
  • Monitor key manufacturing KPIs, including FPY, yield, capacity, cycle time, productivity, OEE, defect mitigation, and factory maturity.
  • Ensure production processes remain stable and capable throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Drive structured problem-solving activities, including 8D, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions in collaboration with the Quality team.
  • Ensure manufacturing changes and ECOs are implemented correctly and effectively at Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Support customer visits, audits, and other critical factory activities.

The Profile We Are Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical discipline is required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialization, supplier management, production engineering, or quality, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.

You understand that successful industrialization does not end when a product is developed. The real challenge is ensuring that the product can be transferred, manufactured consistently, scaled efficiently, and continuously improved throughout mass production.

You are able to move confidently between technical discussions with R&D, detailed process reviews with manufacturing engineers, quality problem-solving with suppliers, and management-level discussions on productivity, capacity, and factory performance.

Most importantly, you take ownership. When a product enters mass production, you make sure the factory is ready, the process is stable, the quality is right, and the manufacturing organization continues to improve. Experience or knowledge within the manufacturing test is an advantage.

Strong communication skills in English are required. Chinese language skills are an advantage. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Azure DevOps is required.

This position is primarily based at Tier 1 partner factories in Eastern region of Thailand, including the Rayong and Chonburi areas, but is not limited to these locations. The candidate is expected to work mainly onsite at partner sites. The role involves approximately 40% travel, primarily within the region, with occasional international travel across Southeast Asia.

What We Offer

• Work in an open and collaborative environment with colleagues from around the world.
• A flexible combination of onsite and hybrid working, where the role and business needs allow, to support work-life balance.
• Opportunities to travel and work closely with factories and cross-functional teams globally.
• A unique opportunity to be among the pioneers developing and industrializing Jabra products in Thailand.
• An attractive performance-based bonus scheme tied to production efficiency and output targets.
