Main Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and systems in our Payments’ infrastructure;

• Write high-quality code that is tested, maintainable, documented, and performs well under load;

• Work with different payment methods from all around the world;

• Integrate new service providers, each with its own code and functionality;

• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes;

• Collaborate with your team members, QA, DevOps, and security teams on day-to-day tasks;

• Mentor colleagues and provide technical guidance when needed;

• Perform R&D operations and find solutions to new and challenging problems we encounter;

• Demonstrate ownership of tasks from start to finish;

• Constantly learn and grow professionally.

Core Requirements

• Proven experience working with Golang;

• Experience working with PHP;

• Proven experience building microservices and knowledge of microservices patterns;

• Understanding of OOP principles and good code design;

• That you know a thing or two about API design;

• Good (My)SQL knowledge;

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and Redis is a plus;

• That working with Git is nothing new to you.
