  • Maintain accurate documentation, project updates, and customer records throughout the engagement lifecycle
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation standards, and reusable solution development resources
  • Stay current on healthcare IT, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, infrastructure, networking, interoperability, and managed services best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, Managed Services, Implementation Services, Project Coordination, or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Proven ability to lead discovery conversations, gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience developing Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, implementation plans, estimates, or related project documentation
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, hardware, software, and managed services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level and technical stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, accountability, and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
