We are hiring team members for our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice at various stages of professional development, including
Associate Consultants. As a member of our Oracle EPM practice, you will be exposed to all phases of the project lifecycle and will have the opportunity to help shape the future of Performance Architects. This role requires hands-on expertise and participation in both business and technical analysis and solution development.
No prior consulting experience required: we're looking for sharp, motivated people who want to build a career in technology consulting, and we'll invest in training you!
Qualifications
One to three years of previous work experience in the business or IT field required
1–3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, financial planning & analysis, data/business analytics, or software/IT — internships and co-ops count toward this
Exposure to enterprise systems, ERP/EPM tools, or financial modeling is a plus but not required
Prior experience with financial reporting, budgeting, consolidation, and accounting practices preferred
Experience in full consulting or IT project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and training)
Strong academic performance and demonstrated analytical ability (coursework, capstone projects, certifications)
Proper U.S. work authorization
Skills
Functional knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, close and consolidation, and/or account reconciliation
Strong quantitative and analytical thinking:comfortable working with numbers, budgets, or structured data
Solid Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables); familiarity with SQL, Python, or other scripting/data tools is a plus
Clear written and verbal communication: able to summarize findings for both technical and non-technical audiences
Eagerness to learn new software platforms and business processes quickly
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing multiple tasks or deadlines
Collaborative mindset: comfortable working in team environments and interfacing with clients
Problem-solving orientation: curious, resourceful, and proactive about finding answers
Adaptability: comfortable in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment
Working knowledge in MS Office required
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
