UFORCE

Defense & Aerospace Manufacturing

UFORCE builds the world's most battle-proven autonomous weapons systems. Over 150,000 real combat missions. Sea, air, land, and intercept. Iterated under fire in Ukraine and now scaling globally for allied militaries. We started with operators who built and deployed these systems in active combat — then added Silicon Valley-grade engineering and a go-to-market model that treats defence like enterprise tech: ship fast, listen to the customer, iterate in 48 hours, and price at a fraction of anything legacy primes can offer. Our platform includes Magura — the autonomous USV that helped deny Russia's Black Sea fleet — Nemesis, the heavy-bomber UAV flying thousands of strike missions nightly, and Liut UGV ground combat robots. Our C2 and open platform architecture integrate third-party interceptors directly onto our unmanned platforms, enabling sea-launched counter-UAS intercept missions with any compatible effector. All NATO-compatible, all combat-proven, all available now. Every day our systems are in the fight, the data, iteration speed, and operational feedback compound — over 150,000 missions and counting. Our mission: make defence 100x cheaper than offense — and help free nations make aggression too expensive to consider. UFORCE: Ready to Fight Tonight.

Job description

UFORCE exists to make aggression unaffordable.

Founded in Ukraine and headquartered in London, UFORCE is a defence-technology company with operations across Europe, the United States and Asia.

UFORCE builds uncrewed vessels, ground robotics and aircraft, autonomy software, and the command-and-control layer that operates them together. Each platform is deployable on its own, and stronger as part of the system. Its product lines include the MAGURA family of uncrewed surface vessels, the NEMESIS family of strike platforms, the LIUT family of ground robotic platforms, and counter-UAS systems.

About the Role

UFORCE is running a major, multi-country ERP implementation to build a single, compliant, group-wide system of record across finance and supply chain. This is a build-from-zero program: there's no dedicated owner today to map requirements, run vendor and integrator selection, design the manufacturing finance model, and see it through to go-live. You'll own the program end-to-end — from requirements and vendor evaluation through manufacturing finance design, master data governance, controls, and cutover — giving leadership, auditors, and investors reliable, consolidated data for the first time.

This is a sole-focus mandate, UK-based or UK-hours remote with regular travel to our international sites. You'll report into Finance leadership, work within group program governance, and partner closely with Finance, Manufacturing, IT, Legal, and international subsidiaries, alongside an external systems integrator. There are no direct reports at launch — you'll coordinate integrator workstream leads and functional stakeholders directly rather than manage through a team, and the role calls for sound judgment operating across regulated and sensitive markets.

Responsibilities

  • Own the ERP program end-to-end — requirements gathering, budget scoping, vendor evaluation, and integrator selection and management — from business case through go-live and stabilization.

  • Design and validate the manufacturing finance data model: costing, multi-level BOMs, inventory valuation, and supply-chain integration, consolidating site-level systems into a single group system of record.

  • Build an export-control-aware, compliant chart of accounts and controls framework, and establish single-source-of-truth master data governance across all sites.

  • Run structured program governance, aligning Finance, IT, Manufacturing, and Legal, while managing the external integrator relationship and holding it accountable for delivery.

  • Own audit and controls readiness for the program, targeting a clean external review ahead of cutover.

  • Deliver go-live wave-by-wave, on schedule and within budget; complete training and updated processes for every impacted function; and hand Finance a documented, ongoing operating rhythm.

Requirements

Must-have:

  • Full-lifecycle Tier 1 ERP delivery — led a Tier 1 ERP implementation (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or similar) end-to-end across 2+ countries/entities as the named business owner, from business case through go-live and stabilization.

  • Manufacturing finance depth — hands-on ownership of costing, multi-level BOMs, inventory valuation, and supply-chain/MRP integration inside a manufacturing ERP build.

  • Regulated-industry fluency — experience with export-control regimes and government/defense contract accounting.

  • Scale-up builder mindset — has designed finance/ERP processes and controls from a blank page, not just administered an already-mature system.

  • Audit-ready controls track record — built a controls framework and close process that passed external audit or investor due diligence with no material findings.

  • Program and stakeholder leadership — has managed a systems integrator/vendor relationship and cross-functional governance on a comparable program.

  • Master data governance experience — designed and enforced a master data governance model across multiple entities or sites.

  • Sound judgment operating in sensitive or regulated markets, with a track record of discretion.

Nice-to-have:

  • Big 4 or systems integrator advisory background before moving client-side.

  • Experience in a PE-backed or post-fundraise scale-up with investor reporting requirements.

  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent program management certification.

The nature of combat has changed.

Tomorrow’s battlefield success depends on autonomy, speed, and adaptability.

And UFORCE is ready.
