UFORCE

Defense & Aerospace Manufacturing

UFORCE builds the world's most battle-proven autonomous weapons systems. Over 150,000 real combat missions. Sea, air, land, and intercept. Iterated under fire in Ukraine and now scaling globally for allied militaries. We started with operators who built and deployed these systems in active combat — then added Silicon Valley-grade engineering and a go-to-market model that treats defence like enterprise tech: ship fast, listen to the customer, iterate in 48 hours, and price at a fraction of anything legacy primes can offer. Our platform includes Magura — the autonomous USV that helped deny Russia's Black Sea fleet — Nemesis, the heavy-bomber UAV flying thousands of strike missions nightly, and Liut UGV ground combat robots. Our C2 and open platform architecture integrate third-party interceptors directly onto our unmanned platforms, enabling sea-launched counter-UAS intercept missions with any compatible effector. All NATO-compatible, all combat-proven, all available now. Every day our systems are in the fight, the data, iteration speed, and operational feedback compound — over 150,000 missions and counting. Our mission: make defence 100x cheaper than offense — and help free nations make aggression too expensive to consider. UFORCE: Ready to Fight Tonight.

Job description

UFORCE exists to make aggression unaffordable.

Founded in Ukraine and headquartered in London, UFORCE is a defence-technology company with operations across Europe, the United States and Asia.

UFORCE builds uncrewed vessels, ground robotics and aircraft, autonomy software, and the command-and-control layer that operates them together. Each platform is deployable on its own, and stronger as part of the system. Its product lines include the MAGURA family of uncrewed surface vessels, the NEMESIS family of strike platforms, the LIUT family of ground robotic platforms, and counter-UAS systems.

About the Role

We're hiring an M&A / Corporate Development Analyst to join UFORCE's Corporate Development team — the team running strategy, deal execution, M&A sourcing, country builds, fundraising, investor relations, and board reporting across the business. This is an in-house corporate development role at a fast-moving defence startup, not client-facing advisory: you'll provide strong junior-level support across all of the team's workstreams so senior team members can focus on deal execution and strategic decisions.

You'll take a brief and deliver — supporting sector mapping, M&A research and pipeline management, deal and workstream coordination, and investor and board materials — with your output feeding directly into work for senior leadership. This role is based in London. We're not looking for a finished product: we want someone sharp, organized, and genuinely excited about the mission, who we can develop quickly into a core part of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Own sector mapping — research, company profiles, and sourcing within defined sectors — building it into the team's living reference for deal sourcing and investor conversations.

  • Surface and assess M&A targets (ownership, revenue, acquirability), and own the pipeline board and target tracker, keeping it updated without prompting.

  • Support active acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships — coordinating due diligence across legal, finance, and other stakeholders, and organizing company introductions for technical evaluation.

  • Own the team's action log and cross-department follow-up, helping run the team's day-to-day operating rhythm.

  • Support board deck preparation, investor materials, and quarterly board reporting.

Requirements

  • Financial modelling — comps, basic DCF, sensitivity analysis.

  • Prior M&A, VC, or corporate development exposure.

  • Experience coordinating a data room or multi-party workstream.

  • Independent research and sourcing skills — can find real companies, structure a landscape, and assess opportunities across multiple sectors without being directed.

  • Strong ownership and organization — tracks what's in flight, follows up proactively, and flags blockers before they become problems.

  • Cross-department coordination experience — comfortable keeping legal, finance, technical, and other stakeholders aligned on behalf of a team.

  • Direct, plain communication — writes and speaks clearly, and delivers real conclusions rather than hedged or consulting-style language.

  • Genuine interest in the company's mission, not just the role.

  • Around 1 year into your career — junior enough to want to own execution work, experienced enough to operate without handholding.

The nature of combat has changed.

Tomorrow’s battlefield success depends on autonomy, speed, and adaptability.

And UFORCE is ready.
