Overview

Join our team as a network analytics specialist focused on enhancing end-to-end cellular network performance and improving application-layer Quality of Experience (QoE). You will design and implement advanced analytics solutions to extract actionable insights from massive volumes of network data, driving the evolution of mobile network services.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze end-to-end cellular network performance to identify bottlenecks and areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with network engineers and operators to optimize application-layer QoE based on analytical findings.
  • Design and implement scalable data processing pipelines for processing large-scale network datasets.
  • Develop analytics code using Python, R, and SQL to extract and interpret insights on application-layer performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive data collection campaigns in partnership with network operators to gather, validate, and analyze real-world network data.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of cellular network protocols and systems (e.g., LTE, 5G NR).
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analytics and solution development.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing end-to-end cellular network data to generate actionable insights.
  • Proven track record collaborating with network operators for data collection and analysis.
  • Ability to architect and implement large-scale analytics solutions for network data processing.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in the network domain of mobile systems (e.g., 5G, LTE).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience partnering with cellular network operators on data gathering and collaborative analysis.
  • Familiarity with application-layer QoE optimization techniques and advanced performance analysis.
  • Expertise with modern data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud-based analytics solutions (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Background working with diverse and high-volume network datasets in complex network environments.
