Job description

Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking a C#/.Net Developer with Automation Skills who will be responsible for developing BRACS application functionality and reusable automation across web applications, APIs, databases, and end-to-end business workflows. This is a hands-on software engineering role focused on application development and expanding automated testing capabilities across the BRACS platform.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain application code, automation frameworks, and reusable engineering utilities.
• Build automated integration, API, and end-to-end tests for BRACS applications and services.
• Develop and maintain browser-based automation using Playwright or similar technologies.
• Build API and service-level automation for REST-based applications and integrations.
• Develop database validation and automated reconciliation using SQL.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD and software delivery workflows.
• Investigate failures across application code, APIs, databases, and environments.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, sprint planning, and delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, DevOps, and engineering teams.

Qualifications:
• 8+ years of professional software development or software engineering experience.
• Strong development experience with C#/.NET or another object-oriented programming language.
• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:
• AWS experience, including S3, Lambda, Step Functions, or CloudWatch.
• CI/CD experience using Jenkins, TeamCity, or similar technologies.
• Angular experience.
• Python development experience.
• Financial-services or complex enterprise application experience.

Hourly range $60-70/hr
