They will translate market opportunity and client insight into differentiated product offerings, drive delivery from concept through launch, and continuously optimize the portfolio based on performance and market feedback.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for Broadridge’s Digital Assets Proxy products and capabilities
  • Develop a clear point of view on the evolution of digital assets, tokenization, governance, and governance related market infrastructure, translating market developments into actionable product priorities
  • Identify and assess client needs, market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to inform product strategy and investment decisions
  • Own the evaluation, prioritization, development, launch, and enhancement of digital asset proxy focused products and features aligned with client demand, strategic objectives, and operational readiness
  • Build compelling business cases, including market sizing, financial analysis, pricing, return-on-investment assessments, and commercialization plans. This can also include development of white papers and related thought pieces
  • Partner closely with engineering and technology teams to establish product requirements, guide execution, manage trade-offs, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate with operations, legal, compliance, risk, and control functions to ensure products are operationally viable and aligned with applicable regulatory, risk, and governance requirements
  • Develop go-to-market strategies in partnership with sales, marketing, relationship-management, and client facing teams
  • Establish product performance measures and use adoption data, client feedback, commercial results, and market intelligence to improve product outcomes and portfolio performance
  • Serve as a senior thought partner and subject matter expert on digital assets proxy-related product strategy across Broadridge
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across business, technology, and control functions

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant product-management experience, including a demonstrated record of leading complex products, platforms, or market-infrastructure capabilities from strategy through execution and commercialization
  • Strong knowledge of digital assets and related market infrastructure, including relevant experience with tokenized assets, blockchain-based products, custody, wallets, trading, settlement, staking, or adjacent capabilities
  • Experience developing products within a regulated financial services environment, ideally including exposure to SEC regulated businesses
  • Demonstrated understanding of proxy, corporate governance, issuer services, or related workflows is strongly preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience developing product strategies, business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market plans
  • Proven ability to lead through influence across technology, operations, legal, compliance, risk, sales, and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, problem solving, communication, and decision making skills
  • Executive presence and the ability to communicate complex technical, regulatory, and commercial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A client focused, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving market

What Sets You Apart

  • Deep understanding of trends shaping the digital assets landscape and their implications for institutional and enterprise clients
  • Experience building and scaling product offerings in emerging, regulated, or rapidly changing markets
  • Ability to balance innovation with strong operational, regulatory, and risk discipline
  • A strong network and credibility within digital assets, capital markets, proxy, governance, or financial market infrastructure communities
  • A collaborative leadership style that aligns diverse stakeholders around a clear product vision and measurable business outcomes

Why Join Us
