Job description

This is a remote position.

Shuru provides on-demand product leadership and strategic guidance to help businesses excel in technology and product strategy without the commitment of a Chief Product Officer or Chief Technology Officer. From leadership consulting to software delivery, our custom software development services specialize in end-to-end product development. With a team of experienced professionals, we navigate the complex world of technology to bring your vision to life.

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter at Shuru. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill technical and leadership positions. The role will involve coordinating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and engage candidates through job boards, social platforms, and networks
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and culture-fit interviews
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback with hiring teams
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress in the ATS.
  • Advise hiring managers on job requirements, market trends, and candidate profiles
  • Support employer branding through outreach and events

  • 2–5 years of experience hiring for technical roles (engineering, data, product).
  • Strong understanding of tech stacks, roles, and hiring processes.
  • Proficient with sourcing tools and ATS systems; strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
