Job description

This is a remote position.

Black & Grey HR is looking for a dynamic and driven Tech Recruiter with 1–2 years of recruitment experience handling a variety of technical roles across different industries and technologies.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for technology positions and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across multiple clients
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and database searches
- Work on a wide range of tech roles including: Software Developers, Full Stack Engineers, Frontend & Backend Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA/Automation Testers, Data & Cloud Roles and/or Cybersecurity Roles
- Understand technical job descriptions and client requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening and candidate evaluations
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and trackers
- Build strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Recruitment
- Experience handling multiple tech roles simultaneously
- Good understanding of technology stacks and IT terminology
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple positions
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Consultancy recruitment experience is preferred
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred
