We're looking for a creative and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to help scale our clients' brands across Southeast Asia through high-performing digital campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with performance. You'll be involved in ad ideation, campaign execution, competitor research, creative testing, and performance optimization. Beyond campaign management, you'll play a key role in developing winning hooks, ad angles, and creative concepts that drive results. Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
Develop and test 5–10 new creative angles, hooks, and marketing concepts weekly to improve campaign performance.
Conduct market research, trend analysis, competitor research, and ad monitoring to identify opportunities and winning strategies.
Collaborate with Video Editors and Creative Teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
Write ad angles, video scripts, ad copies, creative briefs, and campaign messaging.
Analyze campaign metrics and prepare reports on performance, trends, and key insights.
Monitor key performance metrics such as CPA, CPR, CTR, CPC, and ROAS, and recommend optimization strategies based on data insights.
Test new creative concepts, audience segments, and campaign strategies to drive continuous improvement.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, consumer behavior, and emerging advertising strategies.
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms for ideation, research, copywriting, scripting, and creative development.
1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Media Buying, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or related fields.
Experience running campaigns on Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads.
Background in digital marketing agencies, e-commerce, or performance-driven industries is preferred.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and key advertising metrics such as CPA, CPR, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
Demonstrated experience in content ideation, copywriting, hook creation, and creative strategy.
A portfolio showcasing ad copies, creative concepts, marketing campaigns, content work, or creative projects will be highly preferred.
Familiarity with AI tools for ideation, scripting, research, and creative development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities from campaign data.
Detail-oriented with a strong curiosity for understanding why advertisements succeed or fail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn new marketing strategies, platforms, and technologies.
