Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Diary Manager for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning a senior stakeholder's calendar end to end.

Role overview

You will manage a busy diary across time zones, keeping meetings, travel and priorities running smoothly for a senior stakeholder.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a busy executive diary across time zones
  • Schedule and reschedule meetings, resolving conflicts proactively
  • Triage inbox and flag priority items
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Prepare daily and weekly schedule briefings
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to confirm appointments

What you will need

  • Experience managing complex calendars for a senior stakeholder
  • Advanced experience with Outlook or Google Calendar
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and discretion
  • Comfortable working UK business hours

Nice to have

  • Prior experience as a PA or EA
  • Experience coordinating across multiple time zones
  • Familiarity with expense or travel management tools
