Job description

Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Renewals Specialist for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning a portfolio of customer renewals.

Role overview

You will manage renewals from notice to close, keeping customers engaged and contracts on track.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer renewals from notice to close
  • Proactively contact customers ahead of renewal dates
  • Identify at-risk accounts and coordinate retention efforts
  • Process renewal contracts and update CRM records
  • Report on renewal rates and forecasts
  • Liaise with sales and customer success on upsell opportunities

What you will need

  • Experience managing renewals or subscription contracts
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Comfortable with outbound customer calls and emails
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working UK business hours

Nice to have

  • Experience in a SaaS or subscription business
  • Familiarity with billing platforms
  • Experience with retention or win-back campaigns
