TASKI Robotics Category Manager – Global Product & Innovation

Please note, this is a Hybrid role with frequent travel to Switzerland.

The candidates can be located anywhere in Europe as long as it is with reasonable proximity to one of our Diversey offices.

TASKI is seeking a Robotics Category Manager to lead the global strategy, commercial success and lifecycle management of our robotic cleaning solutions. This role sits within the Global Product & Innovation Team and acts as the central link between product management, engineering, sales, marketing, service, supply chain and customers.

If you understand how to build, position and scale a product category — and you’re excited by the future of robotics in cleaning technology — this is a high-impact opportunity.

About the Role

The Robotics Category Manager owns the global TASKI robotics portfolio, ensuring products are positioned effectively, launched successfully, supported commercially and continuously improved based on market feedback and performance.

You will work across the full lifecycle — from category strategy and vendor collaboration to launch execution, sales enablement and ongoing optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Category Strategy & Portfolio Ownership

· Develop and execute the global robotics category strategy, aligning portfolio priorities, positioning and lifecycle management with market needs and profitability goals.

· Use insights to identify enhancements, new opportunities and long-term category direction.

Manufacturer Collaboration

· Coordinate with manufacturer on demo units, pre-launch activities, product readiness and market preparation.

· Ensure smooth introductions and effective commercialisation of TASKI robotic solutions.

Cross-Functional Launch Coordination

· Work closely with R&D, GTS, GPE, Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure launch readiness, spare-parts availability and supply continuity.

· Support field tests, market introductions and technical preparation.

Go-to-Market & Launch Execution

· Coordinate go-to-market execution for new robotic products, features, accessories and service propositions.

· Support the creation of marketing communication materials and ensure consistent messaging across regions.

Commercial Enablement & Sales Support

· Provide sales teams and distributors with ROI tools, value propositions, training input and practical guidance.

· Support key customer opportunities where deep category expertise is required.

Why This Role Matters

Robotics is a core pillar of TASKI’s innovation strategy. This role is central to:

· Driving global adoption of TASKI robotic solutions

· Ensuring commercial readiness and market success

· Strengthening product competitiveness and customer value

· Aligning global teams around one robotics strategy

· Shaping the future of TASKI’s most innovative product category

If you want to lead a category with significant growth potential — and influence how robotics transforms the cleaning industry — this is the role.
