Requirements: 

1. 3+ years of Property & Casualty claims experience.
2. Experience handling both Auto Property Damage and Bodily Injury claims.
3. Strong understanding of insurance industry practices, coverage interpretation, and claims handling standards.
4. Experience managing complex injury claims, litigation, and high-exposure files.
5. Proven ability to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims independently.
6. Exceptional customer service, decision-making, and communication skills.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

 
Responsibilities:  

1. Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve auto claims from initial report through closure.
2. Handle a broad range of claims, including complex bodily injury and litigated files.
3. Analyze liability, damages, medical documentation, and coverage exposures.
4. Maintain accurate claim documentation and timely file management.
5. Communicate effectively with customers, attorneys, vendors, and business partners.
6. Ensure compliance with applicable state regulations and company guidelines.
7. Serve as a mentor and resource to less experienced adjusters.
8. Deliver outstanding service while achieving quality and productivity goals.
