  Guldmann Inc., a global leader in safe patient handling solutions, is seeking a Progressive Mobility consultant to join our team. Since 1980, we have been committed to empowering healthcare professionals with innovative hoist lift systems that promote safe, dignified patient transfers. Our mission is to give caregivers more Time to Care by providing reliable, high-quality equipment and support across hospitals, rehabilitation centers, long-term care facilities.

We are looking for professionals with experience as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist and other related clinical fields including RN who also enjoy the excitement of sales along with clinical training.

 Under the direction of the Regional Manager, the PMC’s primary responsibilities will be to perform selling activities among Guldmann’s clinical client base as well as prospecting for opportunities with the goal of expanding our base. In addition, as a PMC you will be providing clinical training seminars, on-site peer unit training programs and educational support programs for caregiver and patient.  

Essential Responsibilities

Working with Regional Manager and Product Sales Specialist you will be responsible for: 

  • Travel to client sites to provide instruction and education activities
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and trial activity
  • Utilize and provide assistance with resource materials (internal and external) which support consulting and education services for customers (Guldmann Academy)
  • Perform on-site sling audits for the various departments within an Acute Care facility
  • Achieve a high level of expertise in Guldmann products, SPHM educational services, and other industry products and services
  • Utilize your clinical and commercial expertise to secure established territory sales goals.
Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor degree with experience in a clinical related field, including PT, OT, RN or Kinesiology. 
  • Strong oral communication and presentation skills and willing to engage in regular selling activities.
  • Travel at least 75% to various facilities in the Central US region.
