Your Role 

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations. 
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams. 
• Deliver outpatient psychotherapy services 
• Engage patients’ social supports to improve functioning and outcomes. 
• Coordinate care with community providers and agencies; initiate referrals as needed. 
• Mentor and provide clinical guidance to mental health practitioners when applicable.

Job Description:

• Conduct thorough mental health diagnostic assessments per regulatory standards. 
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment and care plans in collaboration with patients and families. 
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions aligned with clinical goals. 
• Coordinate care with other providers and agencies; initiate referrals as appropriate. 
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with CMS, MN DHS, and MN §245I requirements. 
• Participate in clinical supervision for Mental Health Practitioners when applicable. 

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Psychology or Counseling OR Masters in Social Work

• MN licensure as Licensed Psychologist or LICSW upon hire. 

• MN DHS Mental Health Professional qualifications per MN §245I.04

Licenses/Certifications

• BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required within 180 Days
• Formal Training/Certification in a suicide prevention modality as applicable based on role within 90 Days required

Pay Range

Pay Range: $125,000 to $140,000 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
