Job Summary:

Allina Health is seeking an outpatient psychiatrist to join our team at Hastings Clinic. In this role, you’ll practice at the forefront of behavioral health integration, delivering psychiatric expertise embedded within a primary care clinic setting. You’ll collaborate directly with medical providers and behavioral health clinicians to improve patient access and outcomes.

Key Position Details:

As a psychiatrist at Allina Health, you will support a growing collaborative care model by providing psychiatric consultation, direct patient evaluation, and treatment within the outpatient clinic setting. You will work closely with primary care providers, psychologists, therapists, and care managers to identify mental health conditions early, guide treatment plans, and reduce barriers to care.  

Schedule 

  • M-F schedule, with option to work from home part time

  • 8 hour day shifts 

  • No weekend work 

  • No current or expected call rotation

  • ACLS/BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required upon hire and
  • Licensed Physician - MN Board of Medical Practice required
  • Board certified or board eligible and board certified in psychiatry within two years of hire
  • Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate upon hire required and
  • Prescription Monitoring Program upon hire required and
  • National Provider Identifier upon hire required

Pay Range

Pay Range: $340,025 to $351,000 per year

The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
