Job description

Delivery Lead

Location: United States, remote/home-based

Our client provides full-stack enterprise AI solutions built on their agentic data platform. They help large enterprises solve complex business problems that require AI, infrastructure, and cross-functional data working together, the kind of problems that do not fit neatly inside a single team, system, or department. The client's flagship account is a multi-billion-dollar conglomerate in Vietnam spanning banking, aviation, and real estate, helping the group take on one of the hardest problems a conglomerate can face: establishing a single, trusted notion of "customer" across independently run subsidiaries so the group can pursue cross-business initiatives that were previously out of reach. Our client is growing quickly, building a global delivery team with people based in both Vietnam and the US, and are just getting started on their domestic client base.

Our client is in search of a Delivery Lead to take executive ownership of the overall client delivery relationship on an established international account and to help build the delivery organization that will support company growth. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role for someone who has run complex, multi-workstream programs inside a top-tier consulting firm or GSI, is skilled at holding a distributed team accountable for outcomes rather than executing the work personally, and is comfortable managing distributed, majority-offshore teams.

The Delivery Lead will initially take executive ownership of a flagship Vietnam engagement, helping their client establish a unified view of the customer across its subsidiaries and deliver on the group-level initiatives that depend on it. A Vietnam-based Director, who runs day-to-day delivery execution, and a Technical Program Manager (with two additional hires in process) will report directly into this role; the Delivery Lead is accountable for the quality and pace of that execution without performing it personally. The Delivery Lead will travel to Vietnam roughly once a month for a week at a time to maintain the in-person relationships that anchor the account. Over time, this role has a clear path to build out and lead a global delivery function spanning both our international and, as they build out their domestic sales motion, US-based accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold executive accountability for the overall client delivery relationship, ensuring the cross-subsidiary customer resolution initiative at the core of our platform work, and all supporting workstreams, are governed, on schedule, and aligned to client expectations
  • Serve as the primary delivery-side point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-suite and board-level sponsors, managing expectations and resolving escalations
  • Directly manage, mentor, and grow the account's delivery team: a Vietnam-based Director who owns day-to-day execution, and a Technical Program Manager, with two additional hires in process, both reporting into this role
  • Hold the team accountable for consistent delivery discipline and quality standards, setting direction and unblocking issues rather than executing day-to-day tasks personally
  • Travel to Vietnam approximately once a month, about one week per trip, to run in-person steering committees, working sessions, and team check-ins
  • Partner with company leadership to define and scale a repeatable delivery methodology as Interval grows its global delivery team
  • As domestic client base develops, extend delivery leadership to US-based engagements

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in program or delivery leadership roles at a top-tier consulting firm or Global Systems Integrator (e.g. Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, IBM, Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, EY, PwC, KPMG), at a level equivalent to Senior Manager or above
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-workstream technology or business transformation programs from initiation through delivery
  • Direct experience managing offshore or distributed delivery teams
  • Strong track record of senior stakeholder management, including regular interaction with C-suite executives and board-level sponsors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing executive-level deliverables such as steering committee decks, status reports, and governance documents
  • US-based, with authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally to Vietnam approximately once a month for a full week per trip
  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Experience with program or transformation management office (PMO/TMO) leadership, enterprise architecture governance, or large-scale procurement and vendor management
  • Prior experience working with or delivering into Southeast Asian markets
  • Experience delivering AI or data platform implementations
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification
