The role in a nutshell:

As an HR Services Manager, you’ll be the trusted HR partner for global clients and workers, providing guidance on local employment legislation, HR practices, and the employee lifecycle. You’ll manage a broad range of HR matters in both Turkey & Bulgaria while ensuring a compliant, high-quality, and positive experience for both clients and workers.

How you will make a difference:

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, transfers, performance matters, and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.

• Act as a trusted advisor on local employment law, HR policies, benefits, and market practices, helping clients and workers navigate local requirements.

• Partner with Payroll, Sales, Client Success, and global teams to provide accurate local HR guidance and seamless service delivery.

• Manage HR matters and projects independently, ensuring quality, SLA adherence, compliance, and timely resolution.

• Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Build strong relationships with clients and workers, using feedback and market insights to improve service quality, engagement, and satisfaction.. 

What will give you an advantage:

• 3–5 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of local employment legislation (Turkish Labor Law or Bulgarian Labor Law).

• Degree in HR or a related field; university education preferred.

• Experience handling a broad range of HR matters independently, with strong problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in the local language and English.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and client-service skills.

• A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.

We are hiring this position across multiple EU countries, compensation varies by hiring location, base salary starts from: 

Bulgaria: €25,000
