Java Developer

This is a remote position.

Compulsory Requirement: Minimum 3 Years Experience as a Java Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing scalable enterprise applications, microservices architecture, and robust backend system integrations.

Payment Structure: Full-time salary – The Java Developer will be compensated with a competitive fixed salary aligned with industry standards and experience level for work completed on both FyerX's internal technology infrastructure and external client platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain secure, highly scalable Java-based applications and microservices to support the automated engines and internal operations at FyerX.
  

• Design and implement high-performance RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between front-end interfaces, AI-driven backend infrastructure, and external third-party enterprise services.
  

• Manage, data-model, and optimize both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB) for maximum throughput, low latency, and system reliability.
  

• Collaborate closely with front-end engineers, DevOps specialists, and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, refine workflows, and align complex backend logic with commercial goals.
  

• Implement strict software security protocols, oversee CI/CD deployment pipelines, write comprehensive unit tests (JUnit/Mockito), and conduct regular performance tuning to guarantee application stability.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Java development experience with a proven track record of building, testing, and deploying secure, high-volume server-side systems.
  

• Advanced proficiency in Java (Java 8+) and its core enterprise frameworks, particularly Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate.
  

• Deep understanding of database architecture, schema design, data modeling, and advanced query optimization across SQL and NoSQL environments.
  

• Solid hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure), version control (Git), messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  

• Strategic problem-solving expertise with an uncompromising focus on writing clean, modular, scalable, and comprehensively documented code.
  

• Strong organizational, time-tracking, and project management skills; ability to handle multiple enterprise development projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate effectively with remote tech teams.
