Job description

What you will do:

In this role you will be an integral member of the Equity Compensation and Financial Reporting team, reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, Accounting & Reporting of Equity Compensation. You will develop an understanding of the multiple equity programs offered by the company and assist in recurring monthly and quarterly processes - including journal entry preparation, account reconciliation, forecasting and reporting. To do this you will work closely with the finance team as well as IT and International teams. The position requires professional curiosity, collaboration, problem solving skills, resourcefulness, initiative, technical aptitude with AI/VBA automation, and strong communication skills.

  • Prepare recurring equity accounting inputs across 30+ global entities - including award calculations, stock-based journal entries, account reconciliations and forecasting
  • Execute automated workflows and tools (Excel, Alteryx) for routine processing across AEP, stock awards, and forecast workbooks
  • Prepare files supporting internal sign-off and audit readiness for grants, options and reporting for review by team leadership
  • Maintain and follow standardized process documentation and dashboards to ensure consistent and timely execution and appropriate supporting documentation
  • Gather data and prepare drafts for quarterly and annual financial disclosure deliverables (such as stock comp footnotes, proxy support, variance reviews)
  • Identify routine data discrepancies or workflow bottlenecks, escalating issues or proposing solutions to senior team members
  • Support general equity administration and execute other duties or special projects as assigned

  • Perform designated job tasks efficiently and within the provided time frame.
  • Maintain regular communication with team members and supervisors through email, instant messaging, video conferences, or other designated communication channels.
  • Attend virtual meetings, provide updates on progress, and actively participate in discussions.
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines, including data security and confidentiality.
  • Complete assigned projects, assignments, or tasks with attention to detail and quality.
  • Take ownership of assigned work, proactively communicating with team leadership if questions arise or guidance is needed on priorities and deadlines
  • Operate dependably in a remote environment, executing assignments while asking prompt questions when encountering roadblocks or needing clarity
  • Build job knowledge through assigned training opportunities and ongoing team support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on shared documents or projects using remote collaboration tools.
  • Ensure availability and responsiveness during agreed-upon working hours.
