Lead the Future of BIM & Engineering Solutions: Product Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)

Trimble is looking for a strategic Product Marketing Manager for a 15-month fixed-term contract to maintain the growth and momentum of our BIM & engineering portfolio during a maternity leave of our colleague.

What Makes This Role Interesting:

In this role, you will not just support a product line; you will step in to lead the market strategy and provide operational coordination for a critical suite of products for the BIM & Engineering portfolio.

Key Pillars of Your Role:

You will be responsible for driving excellence across these core areas during the contract period:

  • Go-to-market strategy and multi-product launches: Architect and execute comprehensive, simultaneous launch plans for multiple products, owning the operational roadmap for market entry and sustained growth.
  • Customer insights and advanced VoC: Conduct deep-dive research to capture the voice of the customer, leading specialized buyer persona development and ongoing win/loss analysis programs to refine positioning.
  • Positioning, packaging, and pricing: Translate complex technical capabilities into value propositions that resonate across segments, while maintaining commercial strategy through established pricing models and framework management.
  • Sales and channel enablement: Partner directly with sales enablement teams to empower global sales organizations and other customer-facing teams with the tools, training, curriculum, and competitive intelligence they need to turn technical features into closed deals.

Your Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of dedicated product marketing experience in a B2B software or industrial technology environment.
  • Multi-launch mastery: A proven track record of driving multiple product launches at the same time without losing strategic focus.
  • Strategic influence: The ability to use customer data and market segmentation to influence long-term business decisions and readiness.
  • Communication: A natural ability to collaborate across global departments and coordinate end-to-end communication strategies across direct and indirect channels. Professional proficiency in German to support key regional markets in DACH and in English for the UK and French market. 

Bonus Points For:

  • Direct experience in the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) or BIM industry.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Salesforce, Seismic, and Gong.
