Job description

About Auto Integrate

Auto Integrate makes leased vehicle maintenance frictionless for millions of customers in the USA and Canada. We provide a platform that powers the North American fleet management service industry and are looking to continue our growth.

About Fleetio & Auto Integrate

Fleetio is a modern fleet operations platform used by thousands of organizations worldwide to manage vehicles, equipment, and drivers. Auto Integrate, acquired by Fleetio in 2025, is a leading global maintenance authorization network that supports fleets that outsource their service, maintenance, and repair needs. The business is managed by a small, global team within Fleetio, combining the resources of a scaled SaaS company with the agility of a niche market leader.

Description

Auto Integrate is looking for a Senior Fleet Partnerships Manager to lead relationships with our fleet partners. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of fleet organizations, ensuring they are successful on the platform and that their needs are reflected in how we evolve our product and processes.

Fleet Partnerships play a critical role in the Auto Integrate ecosystem. You’ll work closely with fleet partners to understand their workflows, challenges, and goals—then partner internally to turn those insights into meaningful improvements that drive efficiency and long-term value.

This role combines relationship ownership with cross-functional execution. You’ll advocate for fleet partners, coordinate across teams, and help ensure that the platform continues to meet the needs of a growing and diverse customer base.

Who You Are

You’re a strategic relationship manager who understands how to build trust with customers while also driving outcomes. You’re comfortable owning complex accounts and navigating both day-to-day needs and longer-term opportunities.

You’re naturally curious and solutions-oriented. You don’t just collect feedback—you connect patterns, identify opportunities, and work with internal teams to make meaningful improvements.

You’re also highly collaborative. You know how to work across Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations to move work forward and ensure partners see real impact.

Your Impact

  • Own relationships with a portfolio of fleet partners, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Lead onboarding and enablement efforts to ensure fleet partners are set up for success on the platform
  • Drive ongoing engagement through regular check-ins and business reviews, aligning on goals, performance, and opportunities
  • Act as the voice of fleet partners internally, representing their needs, challenges, and priorities
  • Gather and synthesize partner feedback, identifying trends and translating insights into clear, actionable requirements
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to prioritize and deliver improvements that enhance fleet partner workflows and outcomes
  • Support issue resolution and escalation, coordinating across teams to ensure timely and effective outcomes
  • Define and track success metrics for fleet partners, focusing on efficiency, adoption, and value delivered
  • Identify opportunities for growth and deeper engagement within existing fleet partnerships
  • Collaborate with Vendor Partnerships and other teams to ensure a cohesive experience across the broader ecosystem
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation that support scalable fleet partnership management

Your Experience

  • 5–8+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, customer success, or a related role
  • Experience in fleet management, automotive, or transportation technology
  • Experience managing strategic customer or partner relationships in a SaaS or platform-based environment
  • Strong ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights and improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, or Operations teams
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partners and priorities effectively
  • Experience using data to track performance and guide decisions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders

Benefits

● Health/dental/vision coverage options
● Incentive stock options
● PTO
● Community service funds
● Professional development funds
● Wellbeing fund
● Business expense stipend
● New high-end laptop + new hire equipment stipend
