Auto Integrate, acquired by Fleetio in 2025, is a leading global maintenance authorization network that supports fleets that outsource their service, maintenance, and repair needs. The business is managed by a small, global team within Fleetio, combining the resources of a scaled SaaS company with the agility of a niche market leader.
Location: Remote-first in the EST or CST time zones
The Payments Risk Specialist is responsible for protecting the integrity of Auto Integrate's Network Settlement platform by identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational, payment, fraud, and compliance risks. This role supports the onboarding of shops, monitors payment activity, investigates suspicious behavior, and helps ensure settlement transactions are executed safely and in accordance with company policies and controls.
As Network Settlement grows, the Payment Risk Specialist serves as a critical line of defense against fraud, account takeover, payment diversion, onboarding abuse, and operational losses. The role balances risk mitigation with positive customer experience, helping Auto Integrate scale settlement adoption while maintaining trust across fleets, shops, and payment partners. This role works closely with Finance, Product, Support, Legal, and external payment providers.
