Job description

About Us

At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive “sick-care” to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience across our domestic and global clinics, have allowed us to lead the change against “we caught it too late again".

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter (Contractor) to join our Talent Acquisition team and own a diverse portfolio of roles across all functions, including Clinical, Engineering, Product, AI, Operations, Corporate, Commercial, and other specialized areas across multiple countries.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, full-cycle recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can quickly adapt to different talent markets, functions, and stakeholder groups. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, engage top talent, and drive searches from intake through offer. You will manage competing priorities while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience, with a strong emphasis on full-cycle execution, strategic sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and candidate engagement.

This role does not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa now or in the future.

This role is fully remote within eligible locations across North America. Preference will be given to candidates located in the Central (CT) or Pacific (PT) time zones to support effective team collaboration.

Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with high-performing teams with deep expertise. Join us to make a difference in people’s lives.

  • Advise stakeholders on talent market conditions, candidate availability, compensation expectations, and realistic hiring timelines.
  • Develop structured and efficient interview processes tailored to each role.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screens and provide clear, actionable recommendations to hiring teams.
