  • Maintain accurate and complete client records within Sales Central and related systems, performing regular data updates, segmentation, and reporting to support agent outreach and business planning.
  • Coordinate scheduling and client communications, including booking and confirming appointments, assisting with in-force service requests, and ensuring consistent, professional client experience.
  • Execute marketing and event support activities, including managing marketing calendars, generating client touchpoint reports, preparing materials for compliance review, and assisting with seminar logistics.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, licensing, compliance, and field operations partners to resolve case issues, escalate concerns when appropriate, and provide informed recommendations that improve workflow efficiency and overall service delivery.

In this role, judgment, prioritization, and proactive communication directly influence case cycle times, data accuracy, agent satisfaction, and the overall success of the Agent Assist Program.

What You’ll Bring:

Required Skills:

  • Experience in administrative support, operations, case management, or client service—preferably within financial services, insurance, or a regulated environment.
