The Business Process Reengineering (BPR)/Policy Analyst provides the Army Office of Energy Initiatives (OEI) with policy, program, and business analysis support. The role combines energy policy research with organizational and operational analysis to help leadership interpret external requirements, improve internal processes, and make informed decisions.

Actual compensation varies based on qualifications, experience, and location.
Senior Management Analyst Responsibilities Include:
The analyst assesses federal legislation, Executive Orders, OMB guidance, Army directives, Department of War (DoW) requirements, and other regulatory drivers affecting program execution.
The analyst also evaluates governance, processes, and business operations to improve efficiency, accountability, coordination, and delivery, translating complex information into actionable recommendations, executive products, and management reports.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Senior Management Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities Include:
Experience researching and conducting impact assessments of DoW policy and regulatory requirements
Experience preparing, coordinating, and editing DoW–level executive correspondence, decision memoranda, information papers, briefing materials, staffing packages, and other senior-leader products
Proficiency using ETMS2 to initiate, staff, track, coordinate, revise, and close taskings
Experience conducting organizational assessments and business process analyses to identify gaps and develop/implement process improvement recommendations
Experience developing performance measures, metrics, and dashboards to monitor program effectiveness
Learns quickly and works fast in evolving environments
Self-starter who brings ideas forward and proactively explores new opportunities
Strong attention to detail and ability to independently produce leadership-ready work products
Ability to manage multiple high-priority taskings and meet short or competing suspense dates
Experience with Smartsheet (Gov or Commercial), including advanced formulas, reports, dashboards, and automations
This position requires an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance to be considered.
