Ivanti Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)

Duration: 9 Months

Seeking for an Ivanti Developer to configure, customize, and support the Ivanti Neurons for ITSM platform. Collaborate with business users and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable ITSM solutions. Work in an Agile/CI/CD environment to enhance workflows, automate processes, and develop integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate service-management requirements into workflows, forms, and automation.
  • Configure and enhance Ivanti workflows, business rules, and dashboards.
  • Develop and support Service Request, Incident, Change/Release, and Knowledge Management modules.
  • Build integrations using REST APIs/JSON and troubleshoot platform issues.
  • Create service-management reports and operational dashboards using SQL.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support system testing and deployment.
  • Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities and manage change requests.
  • Work closely with PM, BA, QA, and development team members in Agile delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with enterprise ITSM platforms.
  • Experience with workflows, business rules, service catalog items, and automation.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs/JSON, and ITSM/ITIL processes.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Ivanti ITSM / Ivanti Neurons for ITSM or ITAM.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
  • Strong SQL skills; SSRS experience is a plus.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, or DevOps delivery models.
  • ITIL certification is preferred.
