Job Description:

Overview: This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining reporting and analytical solutions, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to transform data from various sources into actionable insights through reports and visualizations Job Responsibilities: • Support maintenance, refresh and development of current suite of Power BI based data visualizations of Talent Acquisition data. • Integrate data from internal and external sources to aid in decision making using tools such as SQL, Power Query, and Excel • Use data visualization software such as Power BI and Excel to communicate insights and tell a story about the data • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and readiness for dashboard integration and user consumption. • Collaborate with stakeholders across TJX to verify data quality and relevance. • Ensure the dashboard meets the needs of end-users for tracking, monitoring, and trend analysis. Who We Are Looking For: • Data literacy & analytical skills. • Experience using Excel and creating basic reports. • General knowledge of computer fundamentals. • Ability to collaborate and manage time across multiple teams and projects. • Experience with (or interest in learning) Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL or other similar Data tools/languages.
