Overview:

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Partnership Reconciliation Manager- Junior to join our Game Aggregator team. You’ll work closely with game providers and internal teams to ensure accurate financial reconciliation, clear partnership terms, and reliable reporting across our growing network of gaming partners.

About Product:

The SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator is a high-load casino games API platform that connects operator platforms to multiple remote game servers via a single integration.

Behind the product is a team of engineers, DevOps specialists, integration experts, account managers, and partnership professionals who ensure reliable, secure, and scalable operations for operators worldwide. You'll solve complex technical challenges and help power one of the industry's leading aggregation platforms.

Purpose of the role:

You’ll ensure that partnership terms, financial calculations, and reporting are accurate and transparent across assigned game providers and clients. Your work will help the business identify discrepancies, improve reconciliation processes, and provide reliable data for commercial and product decisions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyse partnership agreements with game providers and identify key commercial, financial, licensing, and operational terms.

  • Communicate with game providers to collect and verify information about game portfolios, licensing requirements, due diligence procedures, and cooperation models.

  • Perform financial calculations and reconcile partner and client data to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate results.

  • Prepare and validate monthly reports using 1C, investigate calculation logic, and identify areas where the system or processes need improvement.

  • Analyse financial and operational trends across assigned partners and clients, highlighting deviations and opportunities for optimisation.

  • Collaborate with Product and other internal teams on improvements to reconciliation processes and the development of the Game Aggregator product.

Required Experience:

  • B2+ level of English

  • B2+ level of Russian

  • Experience in reconciliation, financial analysis, account management, operations, or a similar analytical role.

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and understand calculation logic.

  • Good knowledge of Excel and confidence working with large datasets and financial information.

  • Experience working with commercial or financial documents such as foreign trade agreements, invoices, and related documentation.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with 1C, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics and reporting tools.

  • Experience as an Account Manager or in a partner-facing role.

  • Experience working with analytics, reporting, or financial reconciliation systems.

  • Previous experience in iGaming or working with game providers.
