About Us

Scissero is an AI-enhanced legal services company built for financial institutions. We combine expert legal support with intelligent automation transforming how transactional law is delivered.

We’re not a traditional law firm. We are a diverse and globally distributed team of lawyers, engineers, and innovators working across the U.S, EMEA, and APAC. We believe technology augments, not replaces legal expertise. Our culture values collaboration, inclusivity, and flexibility.

Position Overview:

As a Legal Specialist, you will support live private equity, M&A, and financing transactions, focusing primarily on NDA and ancillary transaction documentation.

You will work within client-approved playbooks and structured legal frameworks, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with sponsor-side positions. Your work forms part of broader transactions, contributing to efficient deal execution in high-volume environments.

You will also leverage our proprietary AI-enabled platform to assist with document review, deviation identification, and playbook application—maintaining full ownership and accountability for final outputs.

  • Support multiple concurrent transactions in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

  • Collaborate with a global legal team to ensure consistency and quality across deliverables.

  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and delivery efficiencies.

  • Demonstrated experience reviewing NDAs and/or similar commercial agreements.

  • Experience working within structured legal frameworks, templates, or playbooks.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality outputs.

  • Excellent written and spoken English (essential for international client work).

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting private equity, M&A, or financing transactions (in a support capacity)

  • Background in law firms / in-house legal teams / Big Four legal practices/ Alternative Legal Service Providers (ALSPs)

  • Exposure to legal technology, document automation, or AI-enabled workflow.

Please submit your application and CV in English. Advanced English proficiency is required to support our international clients and global team.
