Role Summary

This is a pivotal moment to join our team! As the Senior Director of Patient Marketing, you will be at the forefront of a groundbreaking, first-in-class launch in the rare neurology landscape, specifically for Becker muscular dystrophy, a disease currently without therapeutic options and representing a monumental unmet patient need. Reporting to the VP Marketing, you will ignite our U.S. patient and caregiver engagement strategy, pioneering innovative, patient-centric campaigns that will fundamentally transform disease awareness, accelerate diagnosis, drive treatment initiation, and foster long-term engagement. Your leadership will ensure every initiative is deeply rooted in the needs of patients and caregivers, directly impacting lives and shaping the future of Becker muscular dystrophy care.

This role partners closely with Patient Advocacy, Patient Services, HCP Marketing, Digital Marketing, Medical Affairs, TLLs, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and Sales to deliver an integrated customer experience across the patient journey.

  • Design and deploy innovative frameworks for patient activation and adherence, focusing on the unique challenges of Becker management
  • Utilize advanced patient segmentation and journey mapping to personalize engagement strategies and improve health outcomes
  • Proactively diagnose and mitigate systemic barriers to early diagnosis, patient engagement, and treatment initiation

Analytics & Insights

  • Establish and monitor rigorous Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the organizational impact and ROI of patient-facing initiatives
  • Drive the patient market research agenda in partnership with the Insights & Analytics team to uncover deep-seated unmet needs and market shifts
