Title: Business Systems Staff Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 03 Months (09/21/2026 through 12/31/2026)

Duties:

Collaborates with IT Labeling/UDI and Business Labeing leadership to continually review and refine the systems strategy that enables the organization to be as effective and optimized as possible
Captures business requirements and initiates new IT projects and enhancements based on those requirements
Leading the analysis and requirement gathering efforts related to the system by communicating clearly and concisely with both business and technical individuals
Coordinates projects of small to medium complexity from ideation through all phases of the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) – initiation, planning, execution, and closing
Applies principles, concepts, and practices of IT Service Management (ITSM), PMLC, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Proactively enforces worldwide and local security policies to ensure IT information assets are protected
Flexing to other tasks as problems or other opportunities arise

Skills:

Experience supporting IT solutions and Large IT projects
Experience integrating data and/or transactions between applications including Data Modeling, Governance, and Data Querying
Experience preparing business requirements documentation
Experience with ITSM, PMLC, and SDLC concepts and practices
Ability to work successfully remotely/virtually and as part of a geographically distributed and organizationally diverse team
Ability to quickly adapt to changing organizational needs and business priorities
Demonstrated interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills; appropriately shares viewpoints and encourages the free exchange of information and opinions across all levels of the organization

Education:

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 12 years of relevant experience
At least 4 years of experience utilizing formal ITSM, PMLC, and SDLC processes and tools in an IT role
