About the Position

As a Danish & English-speaking Customer Service Agent, you will provide professional and efficient support to customers in Danish and English. This remote position is based in Portugal and requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Requirements

• Must already be residing in Portugal
• Fluent or native-level proficiency in Danish
• Fluent or native-level proficiency in English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Customer-oriented and professional approach

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Danish and English
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests professionally
• Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Ensure a positive customer experience
• Follow established procedures and quality standards
• Maintain clear and accurate communication with customers
• Manage customer requests effectively while working remotely

Equipment: Candidates residing within 50 km of the office will be required to collect their equipment in person. Equipment will be shipped to candidates living more than 50 km away.
