Your Mission 

As part of our Cloud (Hosting) Business Unit, your primary focus will be keeping our clients' mission-critical environments secure, stable, and highly available. Our cloud infrastructure solutions are designed to help healthcare providers improve performance, scale effortlessly, and better leverage their software to create a more connected, efficient, and effective healthcare system.  

What You Will Do 

  • Direct technical strategy and provide expert guidance to our healthcare clients while mentoring and elevating your fellow team members. 
  • Own the environment blueprint and architect, document scalable, highly reliable and secure cloud environments tailored to client needs. 
  • Initiate identifying and mitigating systems against potential technical risks. 
  • Anticipate and resolve complex challenges across project lifecycles and live client environments. 
  • Spearhead the seamless integration of diverse systems and third-party services to create unified platforms. 
  • Continuously monitor, tune, and optimize control systems to guarantee maximum uptime and efficiency. 

What You Bring to the Role 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering or the equivalent of 7+ years of hands-on experience supporting and scaling enterprise applications, infrastructure, or cloud environments preferably in a healthcare technology environment. 
  • You can effortlessly explain complex technical details to anyone, whether you're troubleshooting with an end-user, strategizing with the IT department, or presenting to the C-suite. 
  • A proactive approach with expertise in leading APM tools such as AppDynamics, Datadog, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, LogicMonitor. 
  • Deep knowledge of Windows Server administration, IIS, .NET, Clustering, and performance diagnostics (MSMQ, Event Logs, PerfMon). 
  • Advanced SQL Server skills, specializing in performance tuning, query optimization, blocking analysis, and Always On Availability Groups. 
  • Solid grasp of Azure cloud and networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancing). 
  • Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL principles.

What the role requires 

  • This position is subject to satisfactory Police Check prior to commencement.  
  • Current working rights in Singapore or Philippines
  • This position will be 50% on site and 35% travel as required
