OpenText StreamServe Architect / Sr. Developer – StreamServe StoryTeller

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a OpenText StreamServe Architect / Sr. Developer – StreamServe StoryTeller for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Providing business hours support to incidents, clarifications, service requests for OpenText Streamserve cloud-based setup including access provisioning per the client access provisioning rules
• Supporting in prompt acknowledgement of inflow incidents, and timely resolution as per the SLAs defined
• As needed step up for providing client business the exemplary experience during needs-of-the-hour situations for elevated customer care
• Supporting a user based of about 50 users involved in Accounts Payable area under Source-to-Pay and dealing with OpenText documents, Vendor invoices, and Customer documents
• Working closely with the Cognizant lead for applications in reporting on the progress of incidents
• Work closely during any API deployments and involve in testing to ensure that deployments and APIs work as expected

• Need to be extremely self-driven and collaborative keeping client end users and fellow Cognizant team-members foremost in priority giving a smooth experience.
