Job description

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Production Support Engineer (Java or .NET, Rest APIs, PL/SQL) for their Remote location.
 
Requirements:
  • Overall 8+ years of IT experience
  • Should have at least 5+ years of production support experience. Exp working on 24/7 on tier1 apps is a bonus.
  • Have experience leading P1/P2, performing timely communications, worked in offshore/onshore model
  • Prior MedCompass application is a huge plus  especially Utilization Management Module
  • Should have prior programming/development experience with understanding of Rest APIs, comfortable writing PL/SQL, debug Store Procs
  • Extensively experienced in troubleshooting issues with upstream/downstream systems.
  • Should have good experience working with frontend applications, vendor partners, excellent oral communication skills etc.
  • Experienced in troubleshooting, creating dashboards on platforms like Splunk, AppD, Dynatrace etc.
  • Experience in Health Care Domain, Utilization & Care Management would be good to have.
  • Have experience working in enterprise grade systems rather than standalone low risk systems
  • Highly dedicated, proven lead, handson rather than man management lead.
  • Have no restrictions supporting off hours or weekends.
  • Top 3 skills required for this role:
  • Programming Experience (JAVA or .Net), Rest APIs, PL/SQL, Production Support experience
  • Years of Experience:
  • 10.00 Years of Experience.
