As Legal Counsel, you will provide practical, business-focused legal advice to support Infios’ commercial activities and ensure the business operates within relevant legal and regulatory frameworks. You will draft and negotiate technology agreements, advise on contractual matters and disputes, and help balance legal risk with commercial objectives. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Security, and Compliance, you will support customer, supplier, and partner transactions in a fast-paced, international SaaS environment.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS subscriptions, cloud services agreements, software licences, Statements of Work, professional services agreements, and partner contracts.

  • Review and negotiate agreements with customers, suppliers, resellers, OEMs, and other third parties.

  • Advise business stakeholders on technology contracting, licensing, commercial risk, regulatory considerations, and contractual disputes.

  • Provide guidance on data privacy and security requirements, including GDPR, data processing agreements, and customer security terms.

  • Develop and continuously improve contract templates, negotiation playbooks, guidelines, and legal processes.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, manage external counsel when required, and monitor developments in privacy, technology, and commercial law.

What you bring to the team:

  • A law degree and the appropriate professional qualification and admission to practise law.

  • At least five years of commercial contracting experience, ideally within a SaaS, software, or broader technology environment.

  • Strong knowledge of software, cloud, data, and commercial contract law.

  • Understanding of data privacy and security requirements relevant to SaaS solutions, including familiarity with GDPR.

  • Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong business judgement, integrity, and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively while balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.
