Job Description

Join Takeda as a Talent Acquisition Partner, BioLife Czech Republic, where you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities to attract and hire talent that supports current and future business needs. Partnering closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, you will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging recruitment expertise, market insights, and best practices to drive effective hiring decisions.

In this role, you will ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle while delivering successful recruitment outcomes through sound judgment, stakeholder collaboration, and compliant, efficient execution of recruitment processes.

Your Opportunity:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for BioLife Czech Republic, from requisition intake through offer acceptance

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective hiring strategies

  • Create and manage job postings, sourcing activities, and talent attraction initiatives to build strong candidate pipelines

  • Screen, assess, and interview candidates, ensuring high-quality hiring decisions and a positive candidate experience

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing recruitment expertise, market insights, and guidance on TA policies and best practices

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR colleagues, and other key stakeholders

  • Manage recruitment activities, interview coordination, and candidate communication to ensure efficient and compliant hiring processes

  • Independently manage the end-to-end hiring and pre-employment process, including preparation of employment contracts, collection of entry documents, and other pre-employment requirements

  • Ensure timely completion of all hiring steps to deliver an excellent new hire experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout the pre-employment process, coordinating onboarding requirements and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization

  • Support Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives, including career events, university partnerships, and local and regional talent projects

  • Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition operations, including e.g. vendor management, purchase orders, and invoice processing

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Completed education in business administration, ideally with a focus on HR

  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in recruiting and hiring candidates, ideally in an international healthcare or pharmaceutical company

  • Excellent knowledge of Czech and English, additional languages are welcome

  • Very good knowledge of the local market in terms of recruiting best practices and candidate expectations 

  • Experience in recruiting for hard-to-find experts, especially in the healthcare industry

  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools inclusive of ATS, CRM and other TA technology and sourcing tools

  • Ability to work and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple complex projects running simultaneously

  • Hybrid role - work can be managed in a combination of homeoffice and from our offices in Brno or Prague
