Job Description

ROLE OBJECTIVE

  • The role is accountable for defining pricing product strategy, outcomes and roadmaps within the mAI Access ecosystem and ensuring solutions deliver measurable improvements in pricing quality, transparency and execution effectiveness.

  • Acts as the strategic anchor between Pricing leaders and DD&T delivery teams, retaining strong oversight of delivery while maintaining a clear product‑management focus.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Pricing Strategy and Pricing Operations digital capabilities within mAI Access.

  • Partner and prioritise with Pricing leaders to shape future pricing capabilities, informed by business priorities and regulatory realities.

  • Set clear outcomebased priorities for embedded Product Owners and delivery teams.

  • Oversee delivery progress through governance forums, milestone checkpoints and KPI reviews.

  • Shape rollout models and adoption strategies across markets, acknowledging local constraints.

  • Represent Pricing product priorities in portfoliolevel tradeoffs and investment discussions within mAI Access.

DESIRED BEHAVIOUR

  • Demonstrates rigour and judgement, appropriate to the sensitivity of pricing topics.

  • Acts as a calm and credible partner to senior pricing stakeholders.

  • Drives clarity in complex environments without over‑controlling delivery.

  • Holds teams accountable to outcomes while enabling autonomy in execution.

  • Sees pricing as a system and workflow problem, not just a tool problem.

COMPETENCIES and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in digital product management, programme delivery or business analysis, ideally within Pricing, Market Access or commercial operations in pharma or healthcare.

  • Solid understanding of global and local pricing strategy and operations, including price setting, governance, international reference pricing, and launch/execution processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead global digital product development and rollout in complex, highly regulated environments.

  • High level of digital, data and AI fluency, with the ability to partner effectively with technical teams to deliver practical solutions.

  • Experience working in agile or productled operating models, including backlog management and iterative delivery.

  • Strong background in business transformation or digital product leadership

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across global, regional and local organisations, with confidence engaging senior leaders.

  • Experience managing external vendors and technology partners.

  • Proven ability to operate effectively in productled organisations

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, business, economics, technology or a related field.
