Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager  who can drive execution across multiple product lines while bringing structure and clarity to a growing organization. This role requires someone who can balance speed with process, enabling teams to deliver consistently as complexity increases.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple products and cross-functional teams

• Establish and evolve scalable project management frameworks and best practices

• Drive planning, prioritization, and execution across parallel workstreams

• Partner with engineering and product leadership to align on delivery goals and timelines

• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early, and drive resolution proactively

• Implement tracking mechanisms, dashboards, and reporting for delivery visibility

• Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure smooth coordination

• Enable high-quality execution while maintaining agility in a fast-paced environment

• Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders at all levels

• Continuously improve delivery processes and team efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in project/program management in tech or product organizations

• Proven experience managing multiple teams or product streams

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models)

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS / Telecom / B2B technology environments

• Prior exposure to scaling teams or products in a high-growth setup

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (nice to have)
