Job Description Summary

Responsable de la ejecución integral de proyectos EEP (Ingeniería y Equipamiento) y EPC (Ingeniería, Procura y Construcción). El titular será responsable de la entrega del proyecto, la gestión financiera (P&L), el cumplimiento de cronogramas y la satisfacción del cliente. Gestionará actividades y recursos, influyendo directamente en las estrategias funcionales y la eficacia operativa del equipo. Necesaria experiencia comprobada en ejecución de proyectos en Venezuela.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

  • Gestión de Proyectos: Supervisar proyectos de mediana complejidad, desde la fase de planificación hasta la entrega final (comisionamiento/cierre), garantizando la alineación con los estándares técnicos y comerciales.
  • Gestión Financiera y Operativa: Responsable directo del P&L del proyecto, control de costos, gestión de riesgos y optimización de recursos para asegurar la rentabilidad.
  • Liderazgo Técnico: Actuar como referente en mejores prácticas y calidad. Aplicar conocimientos técnicos avanzados sobre desarrollos del sector para resolver desafíos complejos.
  • Toma de Decisiones: Utilizar un criterio operativo sólido para resolver problemas técnicos o de gestión en áreas de ingeniería, manufactura o cadena de suministro.
  • Gestión de Partes Interesadas: Facilitar la comunicación efectiva con clientes internos y externos, asegurando el consenso y gestionando expectativas bajo un entorno de alta exigencia.
  • Mentoría: Actuar como recurso clave para miembros del equipo con menor experiencia, fomentando el desarrollo de capacidades técnicas y de gestión de proyectos dentro del equipo.

Calificaciones Requeridas

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería o campo relacionado (o nivel de experiencia equivalente).
  • Experiencia profesional significativa y demostrable en la gestión de proyectos de infraestructura, EEP y/o EPC.
  • Conocimiento profundo de metodologías de gestión de proyectos y prácticas de mercado.
