Implementations - Professional II

About your role:

As an Implementation Professional II supporting Deposit Solutions, you will lead implementation activities for new and existing clients from project kickoff through go-live. You will work directly with clients and internal partners to translate business needs into clear implementation plans, helping deliver consistent outcomes that support client readiness, adoption, and long-term success.

What you'll do:

  • Lead implementation projects for Deposit Solutions clients from kickoff through go-live, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and client expectations are clearly defined and managed.
  • Partner directly with clients to gather business requirements, document needs, and align implementation plans to operational objectives.
  • Apply business analysis techniques, implementation tools, and standard templates to support solution configuration, process documentation, and project execution.
  • Provide guidance to clients on implementation activities, dependencies, and readiness requirements to support a successful launch.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across project, product, operations, and support teams to resolve issues and keep implementations on schedule.
  • Analyze client questions, business challenges, and process gaps to identify practical solutions and recommend next steps.
  • Document meeting outcomes, action items, risks, and decisions to maintain project clarity and support timely follow-up.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in direct client, customer, implementation, project coordination, or support roles with responsibility for delivering against timelines and project objectives.
  • 3+ years of experience gathering business requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting solution implementation or operational process changes.
  • Experience working with financial institution branch front-end functions and processes, including teller, new account, automated teller machine (ATM), bank operations, item processing, or similar areas.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools to create project documentation, track deliverables, and communicate implementation status.
  • Ability to assess business needs, analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and communicate recommendations in written and verbal formats.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience supporting Deposit Solutions implementations or related financial services platforms.
  • Experience working with implementation templates, project plans, and client-facing status reporting.
  • Knowledge of client onboarding, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support practices.
  • Experience working independently across multiple time-sensitive projects with competing deadlines.

  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
