Position Title: Recruiter, Clinical Operations – Part-Time, Internal Candidates Only 

Location: 100% Remote (U.S. – candidates must reside in the contiguous United States) 

About The Role 

We are seeking a PaceMate Cardiac Device Specialist to take on clinical recruiting as a hybrid role alongside their existing responsibilities. You will own and execute the recruitment lifecycle for high-volume clinical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and using your firsthand clinical experience to identify, assess, and secure top-tier talent. 

This role blends strategic recruitment with hands-on coordination, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding, while you continue in your current Cardiac Device Specialist capacity.

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage the recruitment process for clinical roles, from job posting to final interview.  

  • Move candidates through the hiring stages and maintain a strong, qualified candidate pipeline.  

  • Screen and interview candidates to evaluate clinical experience, technical skills, and cultural fit.  

  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and an engaging hiring process.  

  • Arrange interviews, manage candidate communications, and coordinate pre-employment steps in collaboration with HR.  

  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system, track hiring progress, and provide regular updates to leadership.  

What We’re Looking For 

  • Current PaceMate Cardiac Device Specialist in good standing. 

  • Comfortable learning new technology; ability to pick up an applicant tracking system (ATS) like JazzHR with minimal training. 

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and people skills. 

  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheets. 

  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and minimal need for supervision. 

  • Background in HR, recruiting, or people management a plus, but not required. 

  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications quickly and effectively. 

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Basic understanding of labor laws and recruitment compliance requirements. 

Physical Requirements 

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is consistently required to remain in a stationary position, constantly operate a computer or other office equipment, and frequently communicate with candidates and employees. 

  • Must be able to exchange accurate information, with the ability to effectively utilize voice over internet protocol; and repetitive motions using fingers and forearms in data entry. 

  • You must reside within the geography of the territory and must only work from within the contiguous Unites States. 

  • If working from, residing at a location other than your legal address that PaceMate has on file, employee must inform IT and get approval to do so. 

  • Whenever Confidential information is carried by a PaceMate worker into a foreign country; the information is either stored in some inaccessible form, such as an encrypted external storage media, or always remain in the worker's possession. 

  • PaceMate's workers shall not take Secret Pace Mate information into another country unless the permission has been obtained from Physical Security management.
