Operations Specialist, Creative Services
This is a full-time, remote position. The starting salary range is $70,000–$90,000 annually. The final salary offered will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity, and organizational considerations.

This position will primarily be responsible for:
The Operations Specialist, Creative Services oversees end-to-end creative production systems across the organization, spanning print, digital, video, and other creative products. This position serves as a bridge between creative teams and program stakeholders to optimize resource allocation, standardize processes, support brand consistency, and ensure high-quality creative products are delivered on time.
The Operations Specialist leads project scheduling, task management, resource allocation, and vendor and freelance management for creative projects from receipt of content through final distribution and fulfillment. The position balances in-house and external creative resources, anticipates production needs, and manages workflows to support efficient execution across multiple projects.
This role also maintains the organization’s creative technology infrastructure, including project management tools, digital asset management systems, and fulfillment pipelines, and supports processes that enable efficient, consistent, and scalable creative production.

The Operations Specialist, provides functional leadership to freelance designers, videographers, editors, production agencies, print and production partners, and other external creative resources supporting organizational projects.

The successful candidate should have advanced knowledge of or experience working with:
The candidate should also have advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and project management platforms such as Asana, along with strong working knowledge of digital asset management systems, multi-channel publishing platforms, and Adobe Creative Cloud workflows, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro. Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom and operational reporting dashboards is also expected.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
Professional certifications such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Adobe Certified Professional in Print & Digital Media Publication, and Asana Project Management Certificate are strongly preferred but not required
Travel
Must be able and willing to travel up to 15% of the time, including overnight travel, for organizational meetings, conferences, project implementation activities, training, strategic planning sessions, and other business-related activities as needed.
