The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive and personal support to a High Net Worth Individual with international business interests and residences.

This role acts as a trusted central point of coordination across the principal’s schedule, travel, properties, household teams and personal affairs.

What you’ll do 

  • Manage a complex international calendar, appointments, meetings, and personal commitments.
  • Coordinate international travel, accommodations, transportation, visas, and itineraries.
  • Anticipate the Principal’s needs and proactively manage changing priorities.
  • Coordinate day-to-day administration across international residences and property teams.
  • Liaise with the Estate Manager, household staff, contractors, advisors, and service providers.
  • Track property maintenance, projects, invoices, deliveries, and key deadlines.
  • Coordinate personal events, dinners, special occasions, and lifestyle arrangements.
  • Manage correspondence, documentation, expenses, and confidential records.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the Principal and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality across personal, financial, business, travel, and property matters.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, founder, HNW/UHNW individual, private principal, or family office.
  • Experience managing complex international schedules and travel.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Highly proficient with modern productivity, calendar, and communication tools.
  • Exceptionally discreet, proactive, resourceful, and trustworthy.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, highly personal environment.
  • International travel experience required.
  • Language requirement: English
  • Above all: you are a self-starter who takes ownership, operates with urgency, and gets things done without being told what to do.
