Job description

At CompucomStaffing, you’re more than just a number. Our employee relationship managers support you throughout your engagement, providing career guidance and reemployment assistance.
  We are seeking a qualified Technical Recruiting Sourcer for a remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will work EST hours. Strong bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and deliver shortlists of qualified candidates for technical roles
  • Build talent pipelines through online/offline networking with local communities, schools, and military installations to strengthen the employer brand and reduce time-to-hire
  • Partner with recruiters to clarify role requirements
  • Source candidates via niche platforms, referrals, networking, and Boolean search
  • Screen resumes for specialized IT skills and qualifications
  • Conduct pre-screen calls; assess technical and behavioral fit (including assessments as needed)
  • Craft and send personalized outreach to engage passive candidates
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in ATS/resume databases
  • Stay current on relevant technology and labor-market trends
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-volume technical roles across the U.S., partnering with recruiters and hiring teams to meet current and future staffing needs
  • Partner with hiring teams to define sourcing strategies and build diverse pipelines for niche roles
  • Build relationships with candidates and external sources to meet hiring demand
  • Execute multi-channel sourcing (competitive research, tools/technology) to drive quality submittals and hires
  • Track recruiting and market trends; advise on competitive talent landscape using data and research
  • Engage passive talent with compelling outreach and employee value proposition
  • Follow applicable risk, compliance, and process requirements

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate / bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2+ years of recruiting search / sourcing experience (corporate or agency)
  • Ability to communicate an employment value proposition to emerging and passive talent
  • Proficiency in networking, candidate generation, and passive/active sourcing methods
  • Experience sourcing technical roles (e.g., field technicians)
  • Strong Boolean search, talent mapping, and proactive sourcing to engage passive candidates
  • Working knowledge of common IT roles, skills, and terminology
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM tools to build and manage pipelines
  • Use market insights and sourcing metrics to improve pipeline quality and hiring outcomes


Wage Range:
The rate for this position is between $18.75 - $25.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
