Job Description

In this role, you will support project management activities, working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative and operational support to Project Managers and the wider Project Management Office team
  • Managing and enhancing project management tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and collaboration
  • Tracking and coordinating clinical trial agreement activities with internal stakeholders to support timely project delivery
  • Coordinating training initiatives and supporting the development of training materials and resources
  • Maintaining project management systems, supporting project setup activities, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • College/University Degree
  • Fluent proficiency in English
  • Work experience in clinical research 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with clinical trial management, and document management systems
  • Strong in attention to detail and self-organization skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and passion about supporting people around you with minor requests and bigger projects
  • Competency with procedural documentation and technical solutions
